Hospital Supplies Services Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security services, X-ray films and chemicals, general store items, printing items, stationery items, linen items, furniture and fixtures and IT equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. A pre-bid meeting is mandatory for outsourcing of security services. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated quoted value for each item or lot is required in acceptable banking instruments. Original bid security must be submitted before opening time while bids are submitted electronically. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. Pro Tip: Submit bids in the correct lot and attend the pre-bid meeting for security services procurement.
