Event Management Activation Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of local and international event management and activation firms for future assignments. Eligible vendors, associations of firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities may participate. Prequalification documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 per category. Sealed applications must be submitted with required documentation and eligible prequalified firms may subsequently be invited for financial quotations. Procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject proposals prior to award. Pro Tip: Clearly identify the category applied for and provide complete qualification and registration documentation.
