Event Management Activation Firms Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of local and international event management and activation firms. Applications are invited from vendors suppliers associations of firms companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Prequalification documents may be obtained upon payment of non-refundable tender cost of PKR 10,000 for each category. Sealed applications are required and incomplete or overwritten submissions shall be rejected. Prequalified applicants may subsequently be invited for financial quotations and bidding opportunities in accordance with applicable regulations. Applications shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date in the presence of authorized representatives.
