Design Printing Church Conservation Documentation Book Tender Notice
Description
Designing, content development, photography, proofreading, page making and printing of a coffee table book documenting completed church conservation works. Scope includes approximately 200 pages with 150gm matte paper and fancy texture paper, 5-color printing, hard binding, gold foil printing, UV and metallized printing, dust cover page, matte lamination, content writing, photography services and four dummy copies. Quantity comprises 500 books. Bidders having relevant designing and printing experience shall submit proposals through single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bid opening shall take place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure all design, printing and documentation credentials are included with the proposal to demonstrate relevant experience.
