Establishment Foot Mouth Disease Compartments Tender Notice
Description
Expression of interest for establishment of Foot and Mouth Disease free compartments under a provincial disease control program. Eligible private livestock farm owners are invited to participate. Government support includes free vaccination of susceptible animals and tagging of large animals within the designated buffer zone during the project period. Applicants must possess gated boundary walls biosecurity measures quarantine facilities minimum herd size of 300 large animals and suitable animal housing infrastructure. Applicants are required to submit ownership records infrastructure evidence business plans and consent for maintaining disease control measures.
