Prequalification of a general contractor for construction of buildings and infrastructure development at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation, Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. The scope includes Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Fighting works, External Development Works, and deployment of all necessary materials, labour, formwork, tools and machinery. The approximate estimated cost is PKR 10,210 million, covered area is approximately 242,285 square feet, and required PEC category is C-A. Prequalification proposals must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by October 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM and opened electronically at 3:30 PM on the same day. Applicants must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System and proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
