Prequalification of a general contractor for construction of buildings and infrastructure development at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Burn & Plastic Surgery and Trauma Care, Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. The scope includes Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Fighting works, External Development Works, and deployment of all necessary materials, labour, formwork, tools and machinery. The approximate estimated cost is PKR 6,152 million, the covered area is approximately 247,422 square feet, and the required Pakistan Engineering Council category is C-A. Prequalification proposals must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by September 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM and will be opened electronically at 3:30 PM on the same day. Applicants must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System and proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
