Prequalification For Procurement Of Dialysis Consumables Tender Notice

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore invites applications for prequalification of eligible vendors for procurement of Dialysis Consumables for PKLI & RC Lahore and PKLI Rawalpindi under reference PRO/148/2026. Eligible vendors must possess a valid Drug Sale License and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The estimated procurement amount is PKR 422,314,214 and delivery terms are DDP-PKLI Lahore. Procurement will use Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Prequalification documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no hard copies will be entertained. Applications must be uploaded by 4 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
