Annual comprehensive repair and maintenance framework contract for various biomedical equipment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore, covering 02 Toray dialysis machines in the Dialysis Department, 12 Fresenius dialysis machines and 01 R.O. plant in the Dialysis Department, a Belimed CSSD machine in the Emergency Department, and repair of an OPMI LUMERA-I operating microscope bearing serial number 6633123824 in the Eye Department. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Medical Superintendent, and the original instrument must be submitted before or on the opening day. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure by 11:00 AM on 26 August 2026, with technical proposals opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must provide company profile, technical, engineering and managerial capabilities, after-sales services and past experience where applicable, and submit properly numbered, signed and stamped documents with checklist and table of contents.
