Framework Contract For Hospital Supplies And Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of X-ray films and fixer developer, general store items, stationery items, biomedical surgical equipment and items, biomedical gases, local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on day-to-day basis, pathology laboratory items, printing material, information technology equipment and bedding and clothing. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested firms shall register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically. Original earnest money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Cashier's Cheque equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be uploaded electronically and submitted physically before the closing time. A pre-bid meeting shall be held at 11:00 AM on 12-08-2026. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. Manual, conditional or postal tenders shall not be entertained. Successful bidders shall provide a performance guarantee in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules.
