Security Services Office Buildings Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for office premises, stores, asphalt plant and parking plazas. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms must possess valid Home Department registration, NTN and PRA registration. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost is required through prescribed instruments and must be uploaded electronically with original copy submitted before closing time. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through E-PADS. Tender opening will be conducted at 11:30 AM on the closing date.
