Description

Procurement of furniture and fixtures for the Executive Office in the Punjab Education Foundation Head Office building. The estimated procurement price is Rs.4,972,400 and bid security is Rs.99,448 equivalent to 2% of the estimated price. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors and general-order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax, as applicable, as well as registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Punjab Education Foundation office in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The minimum bid validity period is 120 days from the submission deadline. Applicable taxes shall be deducted under government rules, and bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates.
