Description

Procurement and supply of furniture and fixtures for Fatima Jinnah Women University Campus-I and Campus-II through 15 separate lots. The procurement includes executive chairs and tables - classroom and office chairs - racks cabinets and almirahs - computer tables and office tables - executive sofa sets - revolving and fixed chairs - blinds chik curtains and carpets - miscellaneous items - TV studio furniture - library furniture - fine arts and computer arts furniture - moot court room furniture - stools. The aggregate estimated cost is PKR 48,111,800, with lot-wise bid security at 2% amounting to PKR 962,236. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be active tax filers. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, with GST indicated separately where applicable. Quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days, extendable by another 30 days. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate bids and contract awards for each lot. Evaluation shall be conducted lot-wise under Rule 38-A of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and technically compliant lowest evaluated bids will be accepted. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost of each lot must be transferred electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual, postal, courier and hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the University Purchase Office.
