Government College University Faisalabad invites sealed electronic tenders from reputed firms and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of furniture and fixtures for various university departments. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 9,666,500 under Tender No. 882/12/2026. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure, comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Complete bids, duly prepared in conformity with the tender documents, signed and stamped, must be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A refundable bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated price must be furnished in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favour of Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad. The original bid security must be received before the prescribed closing date and time. Incomplete, non-responsive, unsigned, unstamped bids, bids without bid security or bids submitted through an unauthorised mode shall not be considered. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, CNIC and other documents specified in the tender documents must accompany the bids. Applicable taxes shall be deducted in accordance with Government of Pakistan and Government of Punjab rules. Participating firms must not be blacklisted by the university. The university reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with grounds of rejection communicated upon bidder request in accordance with Rule 35(2).
