Supply of furniture under the Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab ADP scheme, divided into four lots: Lot 1 - Sofa set comprising 3 three-seater sofas, 2 two-seater sofas and 4 single-seater sofas, estimated cost PKR 300,000 with 5% bid security of PKR 15,000; Lot 2 - Miscellaneous furniture comprising 12 solid wood central tables measuring 48 x 24 x 18 inches, 3 glass-top central tables measuring 48 x 24 x 18 inches, 2 central tables measuring 24 x 24 x 18 inches, 16 wooden chairs, 6 office tables, 2 wooden cabinets with 4 drawers and 2 racks, estimated cost PKR 800,000 with 5% bid security of PKR 40,000; Lot 3 - 12 officer chairs, estimated cost PKR 500,000 with 5% bid security of PKR 25,000; Lot 4 - Dining set comprising 2 wooden dining tables measuring 8 x 4 x 2.5 feet and 16 dining chairs, estimated cost PKR 400,000 with 5% bid security of PKR 20,000. Online bids are invited exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System from authorized dealers and general order suppliers. Bidding shall follow the open competitive bidding single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab; physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Complete bids must be submitted electronically, and bidders must provide their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, as negotiations are not expected. NTN and sales tax registration certificates are mandatory. Incomplete, conditional, alternate or improperly submitted bids shall be rejected as non-responsive.
