Description

Purchase of IT equipment and furniture or fixtures for newly created Additional Deputy Commissioner (Enforcement) and Assistant Commissioner offices in District Faisalabad. Lot 1 covers 41 laptops, with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 90,000. Lot 2 covers four executive tables, four executive chairs, 24 foam chairs, four five-seater sofa sets, four three-piece glass side-table sets and four coffee-table sets, with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 120,000. The total estimated cost is Rs. 7,000,000, and the aggregate bid security is Rs. 210,000. Eligible firms, authorized dealers and service providers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax, the Punjab Revenue Authority, the Punjab e-Procurement System and other relevant regulatory or professional bodies, and must have relevant technical experience and financial capacity. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidders may participate in one or more lots but must submit a separate bid and bid security for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same date at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services), Faisalabad. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, in figures and words. Bid security equal to 3% of each lot estimate must be paid digitally through the portal by generating a PSID and deposited through prescribed banking channels in favour of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services), Faisalabad. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value through the prescribed electronic payment facility, valid until completion of the contract. Bids will be evaluated according to the stated eligibility and evaluation criteria and awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. False documents or information may result in disqualification and legal proceedings. Quantities may increase or decrease according to actual requirements. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they have not been blacklisted by a government department, autonomous body, district administration or PPRA. Applicable taxes will be deducted at source. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
