Purchase Of Furniture For University Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of furniture on item-wise basis through electronic procurement under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is open to eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidding documents contain the terms and conditions, requirements and specifications and are available free of cost through the Punjab PPRA, EPADS and university websites. Bids must be uploaded electronically on an item-wise basis and accompanied by Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper and bid validity is 120 days.
