Framework contract procurement for purchases, repairs, works and services during Financial Year 2026-27 covering purchase of furniture and fixture items including office tables, chairs, computer chairs, meeting tables and reception desks with estimated cost Rs 5,000,000 and bid security of 2% of estimated cost - repair of furniture and fixture items with estimated cost Rs 1,000,000 and bid security of 2% - repair of machinery and equipment including photocopiers, printers, air conditioners and related items with estimated cost Rs 1,500,000 and bid security of 2% - repair and renovation of office buildings, residential buildings and other buildings with estimated cost Rs 20,000,000 and bid security of 2%. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders, manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System accompanied by bid security.
