Reference Stations Network Land Administration Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a Continuously Operating Reference Stations Network for the land administration sector. Procurement is financed under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement project and will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a two-envelope Request for Bids process. Interested bidders may attend a pre-bid meeting on 29 June 2026 at 1400 hours physically or virtually. Bids must be submitted in sealed form and electronic procurement is not permitted. Technical proposals will be opened publicly immediately after bid closing while financial proposals will remain sealed until subsequent opening. Bid security of PKR 15 million or USD 53,000 is required.
