Description
Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes under ADP 171/251120 for District Battagram during 2025-26. The procurement includes multiple packages comprising pressure pump installations in various localities of Union Councils Ajmera, Battagram and Banian; PCC streets, paths, culverts, protection walls and sewerage lines in Union Councils Ajmera, Gijbori, Kuzabanda, Battamori, Shumlai and Paimal Sharif. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using EPADS. Contractors shall submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically and also provide hard copies in sealed envelopes. Mandatory requirements include valid PEC registration 2025-26, Works Department enlistment, KPPRA registration, FBR registration, audit reports, bank statements, affidavits, performance certificates, bid security of 2%, stamp duty, bid entry fee at 0.03% of bid cost and additional security for bids below engineer estimates as prescribed. Technical bids shall be opened on the same day while financial bids of only technically responsive bidders shall be opened later. Registration with KPRA is mandatory. Incomplete, inaccurate, non-compliant or false submissions shall be rejected and may lead to legal action.
