Description
Consultancy services for vetting of design and detailed construction supervision for establishment of a Center of Excellence for Autism at Sector H-8/4 Islamabad. Selection shall be conducted through Quality and Cost Based Selection method under Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010. Interested consulting firms shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS. A pre-bid meeting shall be held prior to submission. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in favour of Director Administration DGSE Islamabad is mandatory. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules.
