Public Infrastructure Works Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of ADS in Vehari. Procurement shall be carried out through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Contractors registered on E-PADS with FBR and PRA active tax status are eligible. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost is mandatory and must be uploaded electronically with original submission before closing time. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional bids shall not be accepted. Rates must be quoted item-wise and percentage-based bids are liable to rejection. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should submit complete item-wise schedules, valid bid security and all required supporting documents through E-PADS.
