Medical Gases Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medical gases for financial year 2026-27 on FOR Lahore basis. E-bids are invited from eligible firms through open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available through PPRA, e-PADS and departmental websites. E-bids must be submitted online through e-PADS. Bid security up to 2 percent of estimated cost of quoted items or lots is mandatory in the form prescribed in the tender documents and original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Brand names and generic names must be quoted in technical and financial proposals. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
