Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices and surgical dressings for the financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers registered on e-PADS and relevant regulatory and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab procurement regulations. Bidders must submit bid security up to 2 percent of estimated cost in the prescribed form with technical proposals. Technical and financial proposals must include brand names and generic names of quoted items. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bid validity is 180 days.
