Procurement Of Medicines Medical Devices And Implants Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of drugs, medicines, medical devices including surgical disposable items, implants and neuro-angiography products for the year 2026-27. The notice also includes walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase and limited purchase through quotation of national, multinational and imported medicines, medical devices, surgical disposable items and implants. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible participants include manufacturers, authorized sole agents, importers, distributors and retail pharmacies possessing valid drug sale licenses. Bid security for framework contract shall be 3% of total estimated cost while vendor registration categories require Rs.50,000 bid security. Hard copy of financial instrument must be submitted in addition to the uploaded copy. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Samples of quoted items will be received on the same day. Pro Tip: Ensure valid licensing, registration documents and bid security instruments are submitted before the closing deadline to avoid rejection.
