Provision Of Cooked Food For Prisoners Tender Notice
Description
Provision of cooked food and meals to prisoners confined in judicial lock ups within the district for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab procurement rules. Only E-PADS registered suppliers may participate. Bid security amounting to 3 percent of estimated procurement cost is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before bid closing time. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of contract amount. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Pro Tip: Submit both electronic bid documents and original bid security before the closing time to maintain eligibility.
