Description
Procurement of IT equipment for employees through e-procurement system. E-bids are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and general order suppliers registered with E-PADS, FBR and PRA. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security amounting to Rs.206,220 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted in original form before bid submission deadline. Electronic bids must be uploaded through E-PADS. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Upload complete electronic bid documents and submit original bid security well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
