Laboratory Equipment Pharmacy Department Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory equipment for the Pharmacy Department as per attached specifications on FOR basis. Estimated cost Rs. 8,000,000/- with bid security of Rs. 160,000/- in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must be GST and Income Tax registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, or general order suppliers. Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes and supported with professional tax challan and bid security documents. Tender documents may be obtained from the university website, PPRA website, and EPADS. Financial proposals must comply with the prescribed terms and conditions. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
