Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual framework contracts on FOR basis for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. The procurement includes contract with a pharmacy for the purchase of medicines through LP (M-20), procurement of small medical appliances, procurement of laboratory chemicals and diagnostic kits, and procurement of X-ray films and chemicals. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each tender is mandatory and shall be submitted in accordance with the Punjab E-Procurement requirements before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors and associations of persons registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System, holding active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, possessing the required technical, financial and managerial capabilities and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.
