Establishing Nursery In Public Park Tender Notice
Description
Establishing nursery in a public park including development and maintenance responsibilities for one year. Procurement is open to contractors registered on e-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS with earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 240,000/- equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. Original CDR must be submitted before bid closing time. Selection method shall be least cost. Additional performance security shall be required from successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below estimated cost in accordance with applicable rules. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. Procurement documents may be downloaded free of cost from the authority website and PPRA portal.
