Improvement Of Public Park Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Improvement works for public park infrastructure including development and improvement of Kashmir Park. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Tendering under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and complete registration on EPADS. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in the shape of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Original earnest money and required authorization documents must be submitted before bid closing. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of bid amount.
