Establishing Nursery Public Park Tender Notice
Description
Establishing nursery in a public park including development and maintenance responsibilities for one year. Procurement is open to contractors registered on e-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS with earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 240,000/- equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. Original CDR must be submitted before bid closing time. Selection method shall be least cost. Additional performance security shall be required from successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below estimated cost in accordance with applicable rules. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. Procurement documents may be downloaded free of cost from the authority website and PPRA portal. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of original CDR, valid registrations and complete electronic bid documentation before the deadline.
