Outsourced Contact Center Networking Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of outsourced contact center services and networking infrastructure equipment under framework contract arrangements. Scope includes call center agents with basic proficiency, call center agents with English proficiency, and networking infrastructure equipment for institutional technology operations. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted online through e-PADS. Income tax, sales tax registration and other required documents must accompany bids. Bid securities include Rs. 5,760,000/- for basic proficiency call center agents, Rs. 1,580,000/- for English proficiency call center agents and Rs. 560,000/- for networking infrastructure equipment. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the submission date.
