Special Repair Rural Link Roads Tender Notice
Description
Special repair works for rural link roads including repair of road from Phool Nagar Balloki Road to Bonga Balochan via Oulakh Village including Lambay Jagir Link and repair of road from N-5 Multan Road Bypass to Behramkay Village. Total project scope covers road rehabilitation and improvement works in District Kasur. Procurement is open to PEC registered contractors through Punjab e-procurement system. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of CDR at 5% of estimated costs. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantees equal to 10% of contract amounts. Item-wise rates are mandatory and bids shall be processed under PPRA Rules 2014. Contractor claims shall be processed through Digital Measurement Book system. Pro Tip: Submit valid PEC license, original CDR and complete financial proposal to ensure responsiveness.
