Installation Hybrid Solar Energy Systems Tender Notice
Description
Installation of hybrid solar energy systems for courts and allied offices including 21 units at Judicial Complex Muzaffargarh, 8 units at Judicial Complex Kot Addu, 6 units at Judicial Complex Alipur, 5 units at Judicial Complex Jatoi and 3 units at Judicial Complex Chowk Sarwar Shaheed. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS. Bidders must possess at least 3 years relevant experience, active income tax and provincial sales tax registrations, valid legal entity documents, affidavit regarding litigation history and blacklisting status, and valid manufacturer authorization where applicable. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is required and original CDR must be submitted before 11:00 AM on the closing date. Item-wise rates shall be quoted through e-PADS. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Successful bidders shall furnish additional performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount and complete installation within 20 days of purchase order. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of original CDR, tax registrations, affidavits and all qualification documents before bid opening.
