Medicines Medical Supplies Hospital Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of local purchase medicines, surgical disposable items, pathology and laboratory items, general store items, surgical instruments, stationery items, printing materials, x-ray films, chemicals, biomedical gases and electric or IT items. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Total estimated costs include medicine and surgical disposable items Rs. 11,900,000/-, pathology and laboratory items Rs. 3,000,000/-, general store items and surgical instruments Rs. 4,000,000/-, stationery and printing items Rs. 3,000,000/-, x-ray films and chemicals Rs. 1,500,000/-, biomedical gases Rs. 1,000,000/- and electric or IT items Rs. 1,000,000/-. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers registered on e-PADS and with relevant tax authorities. Bid security up to 2% of quoted lot value is required through bank instruments or CDR. Technical and financial proposals must include brand and generic names. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the closing date and remain valid for 120 days.
