Cleanliness Services Cattle Markets Offices Tender Notice
Description
Provision of cleanliness services for Model Cattle Market Chichawatni, Model Cattle Market Arifwala and divisional office facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and related regulations. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only. Bid security equal to 5% of quoted amount is required in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favour of the procuring agency. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and financial proposals of qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Financial proposals must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bid validity shall remain 90 days from the closing date. Pro Tip: Submit bid security in the prescribed format and ensure complete EPADS submission before the deadline.
