Engineering Consultancy And Resident Supervision Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of engineering and architectural consulting services for planning, architectural designs, structural designs, engineering cost estimates, technical specifications, preparation of bidding documents and resident supervision for civil works under the project Construction of Faiz Ahmed Faiz Complex. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Estimated consultancy cost is Rs.24.901 million and bid security of Rs.1,245,050 equivalent to 5% of estimated amount is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and original bid security must be submitted before closing time. Hard copies of bids are not required.
