Religious Buildings Construction Renovation Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction, repair and renovation works under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative including Masjid Al-Hadis Hospital Mahallah Sheringal, Madrassa at Gulshan Dad Jitkot, Madrassa Khulfa-e-Rashideen Guryal, Bala Masjid at Gato Patay Shot Kass and Masjid at Shahoor Payeen Baba Mahalla. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure based on MRS-2025 and Non-MRS items. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under applicable policies. Bid security of Rs.10,000 per work is required and must be delivered to the procuring entity before closing time. Additional securities apply for bids below engineer estimates as per KPPRA rules. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory and all applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government directives. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security and all required supporting documents to avoid disqualification or blacklisting proceedings.
