Transportation Services For Disaster Relief Operations Tender Notice
Description
Provision of transportation, logistics and goods carriage services for dispatch of relief goods and operational support during disasters and emergencies throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract shall be executed as a framework agreement for one year extendable for another year. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible transport companies, goods carriers and logistics suppliers may participate through EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-06-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security of Rs.800,000 per category or lot in the form of call deposit receipt is mandatory. Bidders may apply for a single category or multiple categories according to expertise. Pro Tip: Review all lot requirements and submit the most competitive all-inclusive rates as post-bid negotiations are not permitted.
