Ration Medicines Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of ration, high quality medicines and miscellaneous items for prisoners and detainees for the financial year 2026-27 on delivered-at-gate basis. The estimated procurement value is approximately Rs.46,000,000. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA regulations and only EPADS registered bidders, contractors, firms and companies are eligible to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2% of tender value in the form of original CDR in favor of Superintendent Sub Jail Charsadda is mandatory and must be submitted before the closing date and time. Bidders must possess valid KPRA registration, FBR National Tax Number, Sales Tax registration and certification from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFSA&HFA Act 2014. Successful bidder shall execute an agreement and provide performance guarantee equal to 20% of contract value in the form of bank guarantee. All applicable taxes including income tax, sales tax, professional tax and stamp duty shall apply. Supplies shall be accepted after inspection and satisfactory verification. Non-supply or supply of substandard items may result in blacklisting, forfeiture of security and procurement at contractor risk.
