Hospital Supplies Medicines Equipment Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts including medical gas oxygen supply, operation theatre anesthesia items, laboratory items, washing items, contingency items, repair of machinery and equipment, bedding and clothing, stationery, local purchase of medicines for hospital services, local purchase of medicines for Sehat Card services and construction of IT server room. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelopes procedures as applicable. Bidders must be registered with income tax, sales tax and KPRA authorities. Separate proposals are required for each category. Bid securities in shape of call deposit receipts are mandatory. For IT server room construction PEC Category C-6 and above is required. Successful medicine suppliers must establish and operate a 24/7 pharmacy near hospital premises. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened at 10:30 AM on the submission date.
