Supply of Dairy Equipment - Other Equipment - Glassware - Miscellaneous Items through framework agreement under the scheme Initiative for Livestock Development and Farmers Prosperity in Swabi. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax and maintaining active taxpayer status. Bid security at 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to PKR 790,000 is required in the form of original CDR. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with scanned mandatory documents. Hand delivered, courier, fax, email or postal submissions will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 07-07-2026 at 02:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives. Pro Tip: Attend the pre-bid meeting and ensure original bid security is submitted physically before the closing time.
