Framework Contract For Office And General Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement of miscellaneous office stationery, computer stationery items, equipment, uniforms, tyres, office items and related supplies during Financial Year 2026-2027. Eligible general order suppliers, manufacturers and firms engaged in trading must be registered with relevant authorities and Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, possess a professional tax certificate for Financial Year 2026-2027 and be registered on the e-Procurement System. Bidders shall provide firm establishment details, complete address, email and contact information, experience of supplies to Government or semi-Government departments or organizations, bank statement issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the firm, details of arbitration or litigation, undertaking regarding non-blacklisting, tax registration and active taxpayer evidence. Bids shall be submitted electronically under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by 2% of the estimated price in the prescribed form. The successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee after award of contract or supply order. Bidders must quote the rate of every item in the relevant package or lot, and the lowest evaluated bidder shall be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot or package.
