Procurement Of Medicines And Hospital Supply Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and surgical disposables on day-to-day basis through the LPDD policy and PITB online portal, filling of medical gases in cylinders with transportation under a framework contract, reagents, chemicals, kits and laboratory items under a framework contract, and general stationery, computer stationery, IT items, linen, maintenance and repair items and other store items under a framework contract. The first procurement requires bid security of Rs. 50,000, while the other procurements require bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. The estimated costs are stated in the bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Registered bidders must upload technical and financial proposals electronically and manual bids will not be accepted. Required bid security must be submitted according to the e-Procurement System policy. Bidders or authorized representatives must attend the purchase office for retrieval of submitted e-bids at the scheduled opening.
