Description
Procurement of hospital medicines and medical supplies through the Punjab e-Procurement System, including items to be quoted with both brand names and generic names. The bidding documents specify the detailed items, specifications, terms and conditions and require bidders to submit technical and financial proposals electronically. Bid security of up to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items is required with the technical proposal in the form prescribed in the bidding documents, including Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker’s Cheque, with the original bid security uploaded online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. E-bids are to be opened at 10:30 AM on the scheduled opening date. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
