Purchase Of Stationery Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement of miscellaneous stationery items for the financial year 2026-27 through lot-wise open competitive bidding. Eligible firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents, dealers or distributors, including applicable JVs, must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities. The bid submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM; financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Bids must be submitted electronically lot-wise under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and the bid must cover the whole lot. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, with original CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued from BOP in favour of the Additional Inspector General of Police South Punjab Multan to be submitted before the deadline and its PDF copy uploaded with the technical bid. A 5% performance guarantee is required after acceptance. Bid validity extends to 30 June 2027.
