Purchase on framework and item-wise basis of stationery, computer stationery and other items comprising ball points - gel pens - annexures - correction pens - permanent markers - box files - gum sticks - paper clips - rexene file flappers - highlighters - stamp pads - sticky notes - file laces - offset A4 80g paper - calculators - standard and large stapler pins - Schneider pens - binding tape - punch machines - diaries and dispatch registers - computer A4 80g paper - HP printer toners for LaserJet Pro 4003dw, LaserJet 1022, LaserJet 2015, LaserJet 3005, LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw and LaserJet 108a - small duster cloths - cleaning towels - air fresheners - phenyl bottles - Harpic 450mL - large soap - liquid soap - insect spray - Surf packs - tissue boxes - dishwashing powder - Bansi jharoo - steel wipers - washroom cleaner acid - large towels - tissue rolls - water glasses - plastic dustbins - door mats - 24W and 45W LED bulbs - plastic baskets. Bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers and joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding is on a single-stage single-envelope basis and bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 hours on 30-09-2026 with 2% bid security through PSID. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day. Bid validity is 90 days, manual bids are not accepted, and the next day will be treated as the closing date in case of an official holiday. The procurement covers office stationery, computer stationery, printer consumables, cleaning supplies, hygiene products and basic electrical items.
