Medicines Consumables Surgical Implants Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Medicines - Consumable Items - Orthopedic Implants - General Surgery Items - Gynecological Items - Children Medicines through single stage two envelope least cost item wise quotation procedure. Quoted products must meet prescribed specifications and maintain minimum 75 percent shelf life at the time of supply. Successful bidders will receive work orders after evaluation and contract signing in accordance with BHCP Policy Guidelines 2024. Payments will be made through bank transfer within 120 days after completion of supply. Medicine items in oral dosage form must belong to top 40 manufacturers according to IQVIA ranking. Eligibility includes NTN, ATL, sales tax registration, valid drug sale license, DRAP registration, annual turnover of at least PKR 10 million, office or pharmacy in Quetta and affidavit regarding performance, pricing and non-blacklisting. Pro Tip: Attach DRAP registrations, bank certificate and required affidavits with the quotation.
