Group Term Assurance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Group Term Assurance and Takaful services for employees for a period of three years. Bidding shall be conducted under Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Only electronic bids through E-PADS are allowed and manual bids shall not be accepted. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-18 at 11:00 AM via Zoom. Bid security of PKR 2,000,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee. Scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded through E-PADS and original bid security must reach the specified office before bid submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Eligibility requires appearance on Active Taxpayers List of FBR and registration with PPRA E-Procurement system.
